Something I Need Your Help With

When I embarked on this podcast journey late last year, my fear wasn’t about the content or whether, over time, we could create something worth listening to. It was whether, with my other commitments, having a weekly show would feel energizing or draining. Now 12 episodes in, it’s clearly the former. I’m so enjoying having a space to stretch out into these topics and conversations, and it’s clear from the download metrics that momentum is building. So, it’s time to step things up.

That's where you come in. I deeply value your input as an early listener and want your voice to shape this podcast's future.

So, here’s my question:

Can you help me rename it? The name In/Authentic was a first stab at describing the terrain I hoped to get into. Here’s what I told someone at the time:

“If you look at the news, even without doomscrolling, the world is in pretty bad shape. And it is on one level. But, if you zoom out and look at the broader arc of what’s happening, you can see an undeniable, unalterable shift in consciousness. We are becoming more open, vulnerable, and less split between our private and personal selves. And while there’s so much information and people discussing personal growth, health and wellness, etc. I feel like the conversation is largely fragmented and mostly superficial. I want to try to tell a story of how those 1000 bits of advice are all part of the same story.”

Authenticity is part of it, but in some ways, it’s the result of that conversation rather than the cause. And the word is overused, to say the least. I’d love your help finding a name that taps into that broader story in some way.
